A lightning spell of bowling byHarden quick Billy Bolger ensured that the Hornets A grade cricket team ran riot at Bookham on Saturday bowling the home side out for 86 and then making the runs, two wickets down.
Bolger took a startling 6 for 23 to effectivelyskittle the opposition, while his younger brother Rory also proved his worth with the ball in hand, taking 2 for 8 in the win and Martin Brown took the other scalps andfinished with 2 for 36.
Brown then continued his good day by making 28 not out and Kai Steele providedvital support knocking them around to finish on 24 not out to steer the Hornets to their third victory of the season.
The news wasn’t so sweet for the Hornets B grade outfit who felt the full force of a strong Murrumbateman line-up.
